PIGGYBACK TAVERN
Executive Chef Jason Kurosaki is offering his BBQ smoked over hickory, oak and cherry hardwood for the big game. Boxes are available for pick-up or delivery ($10 charge) and include smoked wings, BBQ (brisket, chicken, pork), mac & cheese, buns, cole slaw and BBQ sauce. THE SMOKE DADDY
Tood Stein at Smoke Daddy, where all meats are smoked in-house every day, is offering pick-up or delivery options on their BBQ packages, as well as pre-made sub trays that will include smoked ham and rotisserie chicken and pulled meat sliders. CHICAGO Q
This Super Bowl Sunday, Chicago q has created a special catering menu, perfect for any party. The menu features the restaurants barbecue fare alongside game day staples like Smoked Dry-Rubbed Wings, and Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken and Beef Brisket Sliders.

The star of the menu, and party, will be Chicago q’s new Pitmaster Mac ‘n Cheese. The Pitmaster Mac ‘n Cheese features Chicago q’s signature brûléed macaroni and cheese topped with panko, cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, chives and pig powder dry rub with the option to add two or three smokey accoutrements: baby back bites, brisket burnt ends, pulled pork, pulled chicken, bacon and smoked corn.

Super Bowl catering orders must be placed by Friday, January 30.

In addition, Chicago q will be open regular hours on Super Bowl Sunday with TVs broadcasting the game in the bar, Octagon room and upstairs lounge, which is outfitted with large, comfortable couches. Take out will also be available.

RIVER ROAST
River Roast’s Ultimate Super Bowl To-Go Package includes something for every guest at the gathering glued to the TV. The $99 package satisfies six hungry stomachs and is complete with a variety of fan-favorite menu items.

Hosts will surprise guests by swapping out the traditional nacho dish for Turnips Au Gratin, allowing everyone to get their cheese fix of gruyere and ricotta. While watching players pass the pigskin, fans can devour Pork Meatballs over ricotta gnocchi and topped with tomato sauce. To add some green to the mix, look to the Chopped Salad and Hogan’s Peas with pearl onions, bacon and bibb. Served with crispy potatoes, two Whole Chickens are wood smoked in a state-of-the-art oven that results in a juicy bird every time. Save the carcass for a centerpiece or tomorrow’s chicken soup.

Executive Chef Brett Neubauer and the team at Howells & Hood are happy to host the 2nd Annual “Super Chili Bowl II” chef competition on Super Bowl Sunday, February 1. In addition to Howells & Hood, participating restaurants include: DMK, Oak + Char, The Radler, Tanta, and TETE Charcuterie.

The six-serving chili flight is available for $16.00 per person, excluding tax and gratuity, from 3:00 p.m. until the end of the game.
