TWO’s dynamic duo is set to go toe-to-toe and chop-for-chop against Sable Kitchen & Bar’s Chef Heather Terhune and Bartender John Stanton. On Sunday, January 25, temperatures in the kitchen will really heat up as guests become epicurean judges, voting for the best dish and cocktail per course. Plate Magazine Editor Chandra Ram emcees the event and has selected the ingredients that each chef and mixologist must feature in this culinary face-off: blood oranges, cauliflower, and sweet potatoes. The restaurant team with the most votes at the end of the dinner will be crowned winner.”
