Let’s Dish: Quartino Meets the Spirit of Italy

Anytime is a good time for Italian food, right? Whether it’s an intimate date night or a family style meal, Quartino is the place that brings people and delicious food together. We had the pleasure to celebrate the Spirit of Italy on Sept., 14 which incorporated Quartino’s delicate meat and cheese plates and hearty house-made pasta dishes with signature cocktails made from iconic Italian brands including, Amaro Lucano, Luxardo, Distilleria Nardini, Pallini, Toschi and Distilleria Varnelli. Each drink was paired with a house menu item and served family style.

Most unique drink goes to:
Un Lucano A Manhattan: paired with Salumi & Cheese
A special take on the traditional Manhattan, the spirit is made with Amaro Lucano, a bitter liqueur, white tequila and lime zest

Best match:
Moralacco Juliep: paired with Cavatelli
A nice collaboration of the cherry and mint flavors, Luxardo Cherry, Brandy, fresh mint, Luxardo Amaretto di Saschira

Classic Favorite:

A refreshing mule with an Italian twist made with Pallini Limoncello, lemon juice, fresh muddled strawberry and basil, Gosling’s Ginger Beer
