Howells & Hood: Executive Chef Brett Neubauer invites craft beer enthusiasts to celebrate Craft Beer Week with this year’s first patio BBQ beer dinner with Lagunitas on May 21 at 6 p.m. In lieu of a traditional plated, coursed format, guests can enjoy a reception-style dinner with seven dishes paired with renowned Lagunitas crafts. A sample of dishes include:
·Bacon Dog with beer soaked onions and porter mustard

·High West Burger with a High West-infused burger patty

·Truffled Potato Salad with crispy house cured bacon

Beer Cocktails
SideDoor: During Craft Beer Week, Beverage Director Jeff Van Der Tuuk creates craft beer-inspired cocktails. From saison and sour to berlinerweiss, guests can enjoy a variation of cocktails with a craft beer twist. Cocktails include:
·Mr. Weiss Guy with Aviation Gin, Green Chartreuse, Pama, lime juice, salt and pepper, and Destihl Berlinerweiss

·Samba Saison with Leblon Cachaca, Guava puree, lime juice, Elderflower tea cubes, and Saison Brett

·Spicy Bikini with Altos Reposado, lime juice, simple syrup, luxardo cherries, jalapeno, salt, and Evil Twin Sour Bikini

Beer Pops
Sweetwater Tavern & Grille: Paying homage to a childhood favorite snack (Icy Pops), the restaurants uses Atlanta brewery SweetWater’s Blueberry Wheat Beer to create Craft Beer Week’s special – Sweetwater Blueberry Beer Pops with fresh blueberries. This treat is for adults only and costs $3.00 per pop.
