Bite of the Week was founded by our very talented contributor, Victoria Kent, and will be an ongoing series that we are encouraging our readers to get involved with. Each week, our Binge reps from all over will dish on one delicious bite (or drink) that they want to share with you! We encourage you (from all over the world) to send us photos & a small description of your bite & where you ate it at!

Tag us in your photos on social media using the hashtag #BingeBites or send them to us via info@bingemagazine.com and monthly we will post readers recommendations.

You can also tag us directly on Twitter, facebook & instagram by using the links. Make sure to follow us on each platform for daily, bingeworthy content.

Victoria’s Choice:
The Franklin Room’s Cauliflower Parmesan Tots ($7)
I could smell these little pillows of perfection before I was even able to see them on the menu. The Cauliflower Parmesan Tots at The Franklin Room are a must-order and are great for sharing, though I would suggest getting a few orders if you’re a big group. These little guys go fast! Each bite has the consistency of a perfectly fried cheese curd, without the total guilt of eating fried cheese. They’re served with a side of house blue cheese sauce that is just as addictive. Added bonus? They’re vegan! So you can kind of feel good about yourself.

Sal’s Choice:
WestEnd’s Buffalo Chicken Pizza ($10)
Geared up for the Bulls game, I went into WestEnd ready to watch the game, enjoy a drink and some grub. On most menu’s, Buffalo Chicken Pizza catches my eye, but the pizza that came out at WestEnd was different. It was a delicious mix of dough and ingredients that satisfied the taste I’d been craving. The pizza was a great size (I opted for the 10″) for either sharing or eating as a lone man’s meal…I decided to eat it on my own while enjoying a cold, Blue Moon to wash it down.

Jessica’s Choice (sip of the week):
Pizza East’s Complimentary Authentic Italian Coffee- Pressed and Served Perfectly
After one of the best brunch’s ever, we were allowing our food to settle and sipping on freshly squeezed grapefruit juice when we were surprised with complimentary coffee from the chef. This coffee was striking and bold, just the way I like it. It was perfectly served on a darling wood block, and I drank the entire thing without guilt. Beyond different than any coffee I normally have, this one caught my attention because of the taste and way it was presented. A perfect sip to end a relaxing brunch!
