Paul’s three-step cocktails include the Rising Sun, made by pouring sake into a champagne flute topped with fresh-squeezed orange juice and garnished with an edible flower. Party-goers will be ready to rise to the occasion! The East Meets West Old Fashioned is just the right blend of new and traditional flavors. Mix Iwai Tradition Whisky, Maker’s 46 Bourbon, Imperial Simple syrup, and Jamaican bitters for the perfect drink in no time. The Black Velvet, with tequila, Velvet Falernum, Cherry Bark Vanilla bitters and orange peel garnish will leave summer party guests refreshed and asking for more.

3oz Banzi Bunny Yuzu Sake
2oz Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
Process Pour the Sake into a standard Champagne Flute, then top with the OJ, and garnish with an edible flower.

1.5oz Iwai Tradition Whisky
.5oz Maker’s 46 Bourbon
.5oz Imperial Simple (or cane sugar simple)
2 Dashes of Bittercube Jamaican #1 Bitters
Process Add Whisky, Simple, and Bitters into mixing glass and stir. Then strain into a fresh glass with fresh ice. Garnish with an Orange Peel and Luxardo Cherry
1.5oz Hornitos Black Barrel Tequila
.75oz Velvet Falernum
2 Dashes of Bittercube Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitters
