Gabrielle Reece Creates New HighX Training

One of the world’s most influential female athletes, former Women’s Beach Volleyball League star and fitness icon, Gabrielle Reece has created an explosive, functional training program for people of all fitness levels to enjoy. 24 Hour Fitness has partnered with Reece and Lifeline for the launch of HIGHX Training in all clubs. These full body programs are time and energy efficient exercise sessions that are excellent for members with a busy schedule.

The class is designed to maximize the body’s ability to burn fat, build muscle and optimize the body’s hormonal as well as physiological response to exercise in each 50 minute session. The workout is also designed to help with improving daily athletic performance. The class works in small groups pairing each member with someone usually of the same height and body type. Throughout the 50 minutes you rotate through the progressive, functional training circuits. HIGHX circuits are powered by cutting edge, high quality Lifeline products. The instructor provides coaching and encouragement as the small groups naturally build member support and community.
