Qinetic was created by co-founders Liam Lynch, Ben Hart and Eric Brody, along with their team and investors. The Qinetic team realized people from all walks of life confront health and fitness challenges each and every day. Concerns over flexibility, weight management, optimizing athletic performance and approaching fitness in the fast paced world we live in, kept coming up again and again. Further, finding the right information and support on these journeys is not as easy or engaging as it should be. People feel lost and overwhelmed with conflicting information, including from the latest diet fads or apps that provide data but no actionable advice. As a result, people are less inclined to stick with a program and reach their goals. Qinetic was created to solve these common challenges.

Additionally, the Qinetic team kept hearing that there is not a clear way to directly connect people to the abundant health and wellness resources available. CEO Ben Hart, a former boxing Olympic trial candidate and NYC personal trainer also heard from other professionals that there was not a direct way to reach out to clients. Qinetic was formed to bridge this disconnect.
