Head to Signature Room where Bar Manager Patrick Gibellina crafts the Café Calantura with a double shot of espresso, tequila, chocolate liqueur, white chocolate liqueur, agave nectar and cream served over ice with almond whipped cream and a dusting of coffee grinds.
Another hot-spot this Winter is Gemini Bistro, where you can enjoy Mixologist Pauly Graves the Espresso Martini with a caffeine and sugar punch from Stoli vodka, Kahlua, and espresso.
