Opal: Whitefish, hay, champagne grape
Double Jack: Ground cherry, tomato, pineapple sage

What: Tanta’s BarSol “Perfecting the Pisco Sour” mixology class
When: Sunday, September 27 beginning at 1 p.m.
Details: Tanta invites guests to mix and mingle with BarSol Pisco Owner and Producer Diego Loret De Mola for an educational and hands-on mixology class demonstrating how to re-create the restaurant’s renowned Pisco Sours and Pisco-inspired craft cocktails. Guests will enjoy a BarSol Bloody Mary while learning about the history of pisco, tasting profiles, and recipes. Executive Chef Jesus Delgado will also be pairing a Peruvian brunch tasting alongside each cocktail.
