Binge Fitness Week: The Bachelorette Fitness Challenge

As one of our most binge-watched shows, we couldn’t do Binge Fitness Week without figuring out a way to include our version of “The Bachelorette” workout.

Admit it, The Bachelorette has you hooked week after week. Don’t be ashamed! You come home from work, eat dinner, pour a glass of wine and all of your worries go away as you watch grown men vie to win the heart of The Bachelorette. Instead of letting the empty carbs get the best of you, try out this Bachelorette workout while watching to keep your physique. Don’t worry, you can still have your glass of wine (after all, it’s for heart health…right?) but keep a glass of water handy too.
