Today, Let’s Binge on arms!
 The heat brings out the tanks and you should feel strong and confident. This workout will benefit your biceps and shoulders.

What you will need:
Light pair of dumbbells; Women (2-5lbs) Men (15-25lbs)

Here is the challenge:
(1)
Start by holding a pair of dumbbells at your sides.

(2) 
Curl the weights up, rotating your palms so they’re facing your shoulders.
Then press the weights over your head, again rotating as you go so your palms face each other or forward at the top of the movement.

(3)
Slowly, bring the weights back down in the same position they went up and back to your sides

(4)
Rest (5 seconds)

Repeat for a total of 25 reps
Do a total of 4 sets
