Let’s Binge on Fitness!
Today, Let’s Binge on your core and shoulders. Here is a great workout to make you look like a complete bad-ass. Just kidding, this is actually one of our favorite workouts to do just because you get to work on a great right and left punch all while working your abs too. To get started all you need are two light weighted dumbbells. For the men, we suggest around 15-25lbs and for women start at 2.5-5lbs and challenge yourself to 10lbs as you get stronger.
HERE IS THE CHALLENGE:
4 sets for 30 seconds
Hold your weights close to your chest with elbows on the floor (as seen above)
Bring your right arm back to the sit-up position and repeat the same with your left arm over and outside of your right knee.
Repeat 4 times!
