Today, Let’s Binge on your core and shoulders.
 Here is a great workout to make you look like a complete bad-ass. Just kidding, this is actually one of our favorite workouts to do just because you get to work on a great right and left punch all while working your abs too. To get started all you need are two light weighted dumbbells. For the men, we suggest around 15-25lbs and for women start at 2.5-5lbs and challenge yourself to 10lbs as you get stronger.

HERE IS THE CHALLENGE:
4 sets for 30 seconds

Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the ground

Hold your weights close to your chest with elbows on the floor (as seen above)

Raise up as if you were performing a sit-up and twist your torso to bring your right arm over
and on the outside of your left knee and punch.

Bring your right arm back to the sit-up position and repeat the same with your left arm over and outside of your right knee.

Repeat 4 times!
