It doesn’t matter if you are a man or woman, your arms are usually visible at most times during the summer. Tank tops, swimsuits, sports bras or shirtless, your arms can always use some extra toning. Let’s burn them today with this week’s Binge Fitness Challenge of the Week.
For Women: Grab a pair of 5lbs, 10lbs and 15lbs.
For Men: Grab a pair of 20lbs, 25lbs, and 30lbs
– Complete 3 rounds with each pair of weights
– Lifting and curling both arms at the same time, perform 25 continuous reps (your lowest weight should be treated almost as a warm up since the weight is so light)
– Curl up and curl down at an easy pace. (Do not rush)
– The slower you come up and come down, the better the workout you get
By the time you reach your last set, your biceps should be feeling pretty tight but don’t give up. Try to complete 3 sets of these at a control rate and pace.
