Today, Let’s Binge on a rapid circuit workout.
 We call this the IronMan.

What you will need:
Nothing but a bottle of water!

What you’ll need to know how to do:
• Jumping Jacks
JumpingJacks_BingeMagazine

• Squats
Squat_BingeMagazine

• Sit-Ups
CrossPunchSitup_Bingemagazine

Here’s the challenge:
30 Jumping Jacks
20 Squats
10 Cross-Punch Sit-Ups

4 Sets
1-2 Minute Rest after each set

For a #bingeworthy workout, following each workout, immediately go right into the next exercise after you complete one of the three. After one set is done, rest for 1-2 minutes. Then go right back into the circuit. Complete 4 sets of these and feel like IronMan.
